If you touch to launch one of our games and it fails to run and quits every time, you may have a problem with the FairPlay DRM system from Apple that all iPhone and iPod touch applications use.    Please uninstall the application by holding your finger down on the application until an ‘X’ appears on the top left corner.   Release your finger and tap the ‘X’ to delete the game.  You will be prompted to confirm.  Users may then re-install the game.   No need to worry if you are on the go, you will not be charged to re-download and installing games from the App Store from the same iTunes account.

The iPhone and iPod touch platform have a limited amount of RAM and at times, can become fragmented or full and cannot load additional files.   To correct this situation, restart your device by holding the Power Button and after 4 seconds you are prompted to power off.   Complete this step and wait about 10 seconds before turning the device back on by pressing the Home Button.

This simple task will refresh the RAM and should clear up any problems you are encountering.
